How Much Room Does a GOLFZON TwoVisionNX Need?

GOLFZON's current North American planning guide makes TwoVisionNX a large-room system. For a both-handed installation, it lists a minimum height of 10 feet 8 inches, a minimum width of 14 feet, and a minimum depth of 15 feet 3 inches plus a 3- to 5-foot safety zone. A right-handed-only layout can narrow the minimum width to 13 feet 3 inches, but the height and depth remain the same. Treat those figures as the starting box; the final construction drawing still has to account for the exact screen, moving plate, projector, access, and room finish.

Depth starts at about 18 feet 3 inches

GOLFZON lists a minimum depth of 15 feet 3 inches and a maximum of 17 feet 3 inches, each plus a 3- to 5-foot safety zone. That puts the front-to-back minimum at 18 feet 3 inches, and up to 22 feet 3 inches at the deep end.

Older or global GOLFZON brochures may show deeper booth dimensions for other build assumptions. For a current North American project, use the latest drawing for the system you are actually buying instead of mixing numbers from different documents.

Ceiling height rules out many ordinary rooms

TwoVisionNX currently calls for at least 10 feet 8 inches of height and allows up to 11 feet 3 inches in GOLFZON's published planning range. That is substantially more demanding than a basic net-and-launch-monitor setup.

Measure to the lowest real obstruction, not the highest part of the ceiling. Beams, ducts, lights, and soffits can matter more than the nominal room height.

Handedness changes the width

The both-handed layout starts at 14 feet wide and a right-handed-only installation at 13 feet 3 inches, with 19 feet as the maximum for both. The 9-inch difference is the room the golfer needs on the other side of the hitting area.

If left-handed guests, family members, or customers will use the simulator, plan for them before construction. Converting an offset right-handed room later is rarely a simple floor-mat change.

The moving plate makes this a construction project

TwoVisionNX is more than a launch monitor beside a mat. The system can include GOLFZON's moving floor, multi-surface hitting area, dual sensors, and auto-tee.

That means the floor, power, data, and service access belong on the room plan from the beginning. In a finished space, confirm what has to be cut, mounted, or rewired before ordering the system.

Use the published dimensions as a screening test

If the room does not clear the current height, width, and depth comfortably, TwoVisionNX is probably the wrong fit. If it does, ask GOLFZON or the installer for the configuration-specific drawing and build from that.
