How Much Does a Trackman Golf Simulator Cost, and What Drives the Price?

Trackman iO Home starts at $13,995, but that price is for the launch-monitor package, not a finished simulator room. Trackman lists a DIY-oriented Tech Setup from $19,290, complete builds from $29,715, and installed freestanding or custom builds above $40,000. The final cost depends on the enclosure, projector, computer, software level, installation, and whatever the room itself still needs.

The $13,995 number is the starting point, not the room

Trackman lists iO Home at $13,995. That covers the launch monitor, mounting hardware, calibration accessories, and the Home software for the first year; it does not give an empty garage a screen, projector, PC, turf, or finished walls.

If you already own the rest of the room, the launch-monitor price may be the number that matters. If you are starting from bare space, it is only the first line of the budget.

Trackman sells several levels between hardware and a finished room

The iO Tech Setup starts at $19,290 and adds a high-performance PC, a 22-inch touchscreen, and a 4,000-lumen 1080p projector, but no enclosure. Complete builds start at $29,715 with the DIY Flex Cage X-Small, which adds a 9-by-11-by-6-foot enclosure and turf.

At the more finished end, the company lists the Standalone Flex Cage Small at about $44,540 including installation and the Custom Integrated Build from $41,740.

Trackman’s own example shows where the total goes

On its home-simulator pricing page, Trackman shows an example totaling about $35,740: iO Home, projector, high-performance PC, touchscreen, Flex Cage, impact screen and backing, turf and subfloor, and a hitting mat.

Design, project management, shipping, and installation are listed separately as varying, so they are not in that total.

Software is a recurring cost

Trackman iO Home currently renews at $700 per year after the included first year. Moving to Home Complete costs a one-time $10,500 plus $1,100 per year and adds all nine club-data parameters and the full course and game library.

That annual cost belongs in the ownership budget just like replacement mats or screens. It is not part of the one-time room price.

Trackman 4 follows a different path

Trackman 4 is portable and designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Trackman lists it from $25,995. That can make sense for someone who wants the same launch monitor at the range and in the simulator, but it uses the room differently from the ceiling-mounted iO.

Do not compare the two only on purchase price. Their indoor geometry and the rest of the required build are different.

Construction can become its own project

An already-finished spare room may need little more than outlets and sensible lighting. A garage conversion can add insulation, HVAC, electrical work, drywall, acoustic treatment, flooring, or even structural changes.

Trackman's own range for a complete build is $19,200 to $50,000 and up.
