Sofas, beds, mattresses, dining tables, rugs and dressers carry real prices read at the shop that sells them, with the date on every row. Every other category is still sample data.

Short version: we are a list, not a shop. Check anything that matters before you buy.

We do not sell anything

Fully Furnished lists products sold by other companies. We hold no stock, take no payment, ship nothing, and are not party to your purchase. Your contract is with the retailer, and so are your rights to returns, warranty, delivery and refunds. Read their terms, not ours.

Prices and availability

Prices change constantly and stock disappears without warning. Every figure here is the one we last read from the retailer on the date shown beside it, which may already be out of date by the time you look at it, and we do not track stock at all. The price at the checkout is the real price. If ours differs, ours is wrong; tell us and we will fix it.

Prices exclude sales tax, delivery, installation and haul-away of old appliances unless a page says otherwise. Those can add a lot to an appliance order.

Sizing rules are guidance

The rules that size your list are ordinary US rules of thumb, published in full on what size fridge, washer and sofa a home needs. They are a sensible starting point, not a survey of your home. We do not know your doorways, your stairs, your lift, your power supply, your water connections or your floor plan. Measure your space and check the delivery path before ordering anything large. If a fridge does not fit through your door, that is a problem this site cannot see coming.

Specifications

Specifications are read off retailer product pages and manufacturer documents by hand and can contain errors that we reproduce faithfully. Where a number matters to your decision — dimensions, capacity, voltage, connections — confirm it on the manufacturer's own page before ordering.

Links to other sites

We link out constantly. We do not control those sites, their content, their security or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond the product it points at.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of it — including a purchase that turns out to be wrong, a price that has changed, a specification that was inaccurate, or an item that does not fit. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be removed.

Using our material

The text, the sizing rules as written here, the line drawings and the page designs are ours. You may quote a reasonable extract with a link back. Please do not republish the drawings or the catalog wholesale. Product names, brand names and product photographs belong to their owners; photographs are shown from the retailer's own servers and are not ours to license.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, where the operator is based. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of your own country that cannot be removed by agreement.
