Home Build Planner is an independent publication about planning a new house — exterior styles, what a build costs and how to brief a builder — run by one person. It is not a builder, an architect, a lender or a design service, and it is not owned by or affiliated with any manufacturer or provider. The publisher can be reached through the contact form.
Today it does not. This site is not in any affiliate program, so no link on it earns a fee;
links to sources, manufacturers, government data and our own pages are ordinary links. If a
program is approved, the paid links will carry rel="sponsored", a short note beside
the link itself, and this page will name the program on the day the labels change. A commission,
if one ever exists, would be paid by the provider and would not change what you pay, and it would
not affect what the pages say or the order anything appears in.
Photographs are free stock images of real houses via Unsplash, shown as reference pictures. Costs and figures come from published sources and carry the date they were read; confirm with a licensed builder or the provider before you commit money.
